Model Cities - Late 1960s

Part of LBJ’s War on Poverty in the mid-1960s, the Model Cities program was designed to integrate urban redevelopment with social services and employment programs. Allegheny County government spearheaded the regional program using photography to record local conditions between 1967-1969.
